Script on face screen above right:

"Oway we're flittin" cried the Brownie
A farmer whose house was haunted by a Brownie thought
to get quit of his tormentor by changing his residence.
He accordingly packed up his things and started for his new
abode. While on his way he met a friend who addressed
him. "Weel John what are ye aboot the day"? "I'm flittin" said
John. "Oway" cried the Brownie from the churn "we're flittin".
John finding himdself fairly outwitted slowly turned his horses'
heads and went back to his old habitation.
